Rebecca Sands, a Norwich native who recently earned her Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree and Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Binghamton University, has joined the Commerce Chenango team! She brings with her a diverse background in research, project and database management, marketing and public relations, and more. She has spent considerable time working with both non-profit organizations and for-profit businesses, and brings with her a very enthusiastic perspective on Chenango County economic development.
