The Chamber

The Chamber represents a partnership of business and professional people, making a difference in the community. When you join the Chamber, you gain a new business partner, as well as opportunities to meet potential clients, expand contacts, increase management expertise, and become involved in issues that affect your business and community.

We have a multitude of information on the area including lists of churches, schools, realtors, financial institutions, accommodations, restaurants and outdoor activities, and are happy to provide relocation packages.

As your chamber, we are a business resource center. From training and education programs, business planning, and business financing to providing regional demographic information, labor and workforce statistics, economic trending reports and relocation packages, we can provide the information you need to help retain, expand or initiate business.  

We also play a leading role in economic and community development. Efforts include downtown revitalization, workforce development and launching and supporting new and emerging businesses.

We are the voice of business, large and small, to local, state and federal leaders.  Our government and advocacy efforts allow us to team up with other influential business organizations such as Unshackle Upstate NY and the Business Council of New York State to increase our political strength for member causes.

It is the goal of Commerce Chenango to create a region we can all be proud of.
